I’m Heather

A professional coach, intuitive guide, and space holder for sacred transformation.

But I didn’t always live this way. For years, I chased success in systems that rewarded performance at the expense of wellbeing. I climbed ladders, checked boxes, and abandoned myself trying to be everything for everyone — secretly hoping it would finally make me feel like enough.

I got the promotions, the praise, the six-figure salary — but beneath the surface, I was detached and drowning.

I stayed in the chase until my body said no— and my spirit called me into something deeper. That calling led me into a decade long journey of healing from Chronic Lyme Disease, nervous system collapse and extreme burnout. It also led me through soul initiations, identify death, and the complete undoing of the life I thought I wanted.

I stepped off the path others expected me to follow — and into a journey of remembering who I really am. 

My Own Return

The past ten years have been a profound return — through energy work, deep nervous system repair, plant medicine allyship, and spiritual reawakening. But more than anything, through learning to hear, trust and follow the guiding voice within.

Today, my work supports others on their own return.

The ones standing at the edge of awakening.

The ones untangling from systems and stories that couldn’t see them clearly.

The ones ready to come home to their own knowing.

This isn’t about fixing, performing or proving. It’s about reclaiming your truth, restoring your energy, and remembering your wholeness.

Healing, to me is the return to center. And from that center, we rise. 

My Work Today 

Walking this journey for myself brought me back to my own unique gifts: my intuitive abilities, my voice, my capacity to feel what lives beneath the surface and guide others through transformation.

I've studied and lived my own experience with nervous system repair, trauma-informed coaching, embodiment, meditation, subconscious reprogramming, energy work, sacred ceremony, and the intersection between soul and strategy.

Now, I blend it all.

My years in corporate leadership development my lived experience on the healing path, and my devotion to building a more soul-aligned world.

I work with individuals navigating thresholds — burnout, awakening, creative rebirth — and with organizations ready to evolve from the inside out.

I created this space for the ones who feel like they no longer belong in the old world — but don’t know exactly where they’re meant to go next.
