What Is Crystalline Energy?

Even if the word is new to you, you may find your body remembers. Crystalline energy is clear, coherent, and anchoring. It’s the structure your soul recognizes — the order your nervous system longs for. It doesn’t force. It harmonizes. This work bypasses the mind and meets the parts of you that don’t need explanation — just presence.

What happens in a session?

You lie down fully clothed on a table if we are in person or in a comfy spot of your choosing if over Zoom. I begin by anchoring the field. My hands hover, hold, or move across energy centers as guided, or I scan and intentionally send energy to different areas of your body if over Zoom. I will sometimes speak aloud or offer intuitive invitations to your body, mind and soul. I don’t channel beings or use symbols. I hold a crystalline, regulated frequency that reminds your system how to return to truth. I may share intuitive reflections afterward, or offer a simple practice to deepen your integration. But the real work often happens silently — in the days that follow.
