What happens in a session? We’ll begin with some intentional conversation to name what feels most alive or stuck, and to help us align on the focus and desired outcome for the session. Then you’ll lie down, get comfortable and I’ll guide you through a personalized hypnotic/meditative transmission — part energetic healing, part deep soul retrieval. You’ll receive a voice recording afterward if desired.
